COMPANY HISTORY
- May - 2004:
The first branch of YCC – Chy Spa has been formed. Chy Spa’s customers
are completely satisfied with the cordial atmosphere and whole – hearted
attitude from our staffs. Coming to Chy spa, customers are also consulted
about cosmetics to use at home as well as useful instruction to use these
cosmetics at home. These are all come from our sincere and deeply care about
customer’s benefits.
Chy spa also has influence on other spas. Somes spas have come to our Chy
spa to consult us how to use cosmetics in their spas, and how to train their
therapist. Gradually, Chy spa is now known by many hotels and resorts as a
professional skin - cared distributor and consulter.
- 2005:
In 2005, YCC was established. By professional sensitive, Chy spa’s
onwers realized that only by improving and expanding this kind of bussiness
can Chy spa defind its position and help more people who pay attention to
the field.
- June – 2006:
At this time, QA Think, a member of YCC was established. This is a
member operating in consulting, designing, architectural programming,
executing the work and interior designing.
At the same time, more and more guests come to our Chy spa. To make it
more convenient for those who live far from our spa, YCC decided to open a
new branch of Chy spa at new town, Phu My Hung.
- October – 2007:
YCC gained customers confidence and have the right to be the sole
distributor for a high – grade skin – care products of a famous brand in
Thailand – Panpũri.
- April - 2008:
Thés spa is one of high – class spas in Vietnam. With luxurious European
designing, together with a gentle and luxurious atmosphere, Théspa like an
oasis in the middle of the city. Each of guests who come to our spa is very
delighted in Thés spa decoration and pleased with considerate attitude of
our therapists. That is the result of owners’s nursing and cosseting; Thés
Spa is their spirit child. .
- Nowaday:
YCC now owns a spa system and a chain of retails shop of Panpũri products
all over the country, and one of supplier of high quality skin – cared
products for many large resorts in Vietnam. Besides, QA Think is known as a
young – dynamic consulting and designing company, with many beautiful and
unique projects. YCC has defined its position in the market, and now in the
competition with many famous and long – standing brands in Vietnam.

Yen Ca limited Company was established in 2005, since then, Yen Ca
together with Chy spa now become familiar brands to customers inside and
outside the country. During that time, our company develops constantly and
become a company operating major in:
- Cosmetics importing and distributing.
- Spa consulting, developing and managing.
- Architectural designing, interior decorating and project executing.
With more than 50 employees and the variety in our business, Yen Ca company
has made wide reputation in the mind of our customers and other enterprises.

SCOPE OF BUSINESS
COSMETIC IMPORT AND DISTRIBUTING– PANPŨRI.
- In October 2007, under the permission of The Minister of Health –
Phamaceutics Bureau of Vietnam, Panpũri’s products have widely been put in
circulation, and Yen Ca is the sole distributor.
- Nowadays, there are many beauty – cared products from many well- known
brands, but we choose Panpũri because these products are totally extracted
from natural herbal, without using any chemical substances or fragrances.
- Panpũri’s products have outstanding quality:
- Quintessence from nature, from legends of oriental herbs.
- Contain 100% pure attar, without fragrance supplement.
Panpũri skin – cared products is now used in some premier Spas and Resorts
in Viet Nam.
DEVELOPING AND MANAGING SPA CHAIN – THÉ SPA & CHY SPA
YCC own 2 spa brand : Chy Spa and Thé Spa. At the moment, YCC franchises
Chy Spa, so that Chy spa has many subsidiaries operating in all over the
country. YCC combines consulting, designing and managing for some spas in
Vietnam.
Located at the first floor of The Manor Building, Thé Spa is a spa with
classical European architecture.
Thé Spa interior and equipments are very modern and diversified, which are
classified for men and women. Many spa sectors that are compatible with spa
treatments and demands, for example VIP room with special convenience,
manicure and pedicure sector, hair sector that are different from other
salon in the city.
Besides, Thé Spa also consulting, managing and training therapist for many
spas in Vietnam.
With professional devotion, Thé Spa always brings customers to
satisfaction.
We always pay attention to personnel investment, which creates perfect
services to all customers. We have skilled, dedicated therapists that are
seriously trained by professional foreign experts, and surely to bring
customers to satisfaction.
In order to increase our services quality, Théspa constantly introduce
attractive program, by issuing privilege cards, like Royal and Golden care,
which bring more privileges to members of Théspa.
ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN & EXECUTING WORK QA THINK
Each projects is not only an intellectual product, but also a unique work of
art.
QA think is a member of Yen Ca, which was established in the middle of 2006,
QA think is now a specialist in architecture designing, interior designing
and real estate in Vietnam.
Each of QA think project is strictly complied with “Quality is the first
priority” principle. QA think also find that their surrounding projects are
having impacts on the quality of people’s lives. So, each product of QA
think is a contribution to public benefits.
